Yhonsha brings unparalleled expertise in business development, public sector leadership, and organizational growth to her role as CEO of Triumph Consulting. With a B.S. in Public Administration and a Masters in Nonprofit Management, she has established herself as a trusted advisor in both public and private sectors with over 17 years of experience spanning in higher education, government administration, and business consulting.

As Career Services Director within the State of Florida University System, Yhonsha demonstrated her passion for professional development by guiding law students and graduates toward successful careers and sustainable business practices. This experience, combined with her subsequent role in local government overseeing contracts, grants, and procurement opportunities, has given her a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing modern businesses.
